Gramonatti Mandal’s Arts, Commerce & Science College, Narayangoan, is one of the eminent college affiliated to Pune University ( Today’s Savitribai Phule Pune University). Every year students join undergraduate courses BBA/BCA up to the maximum strength, not only from all the corners of Pune, but also from all Maharashtra. It is a great honor for us to state that the department has proved to be the one of the best department in Pune University by having excellent results in academics and placements.

Bachelors in Business Administration (BBA) is a foundational program to foster all aspects of general management including Accounting, Marketing, Finance, Human Resource, Organization Behaviour, and Communication Skills. The degree allows candidates to learn basic entrepreneurship skills and train students for efficient management skills. BBA course structure involves both theoretical and practical study sessions. The students are introduced to industry working through projects, presentations, and industrial visits, and expert lectures. This undergraduate degree course enlightens students with organizational changes in the business world through new developments and innovations. BBA course aims at teaching the integrated approach including Corporate, Entrepreneurship, Online business, Small business. Through the course, students will gain an in-depth understanding of the fundamentals of leadership and management.
Eligibility: Intermediate or equivalent examination for General and Other Backward Classes candidates must secure at least 50% of marks and for Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes minimum number of marks obtained should be 45% based on total marks of all subjects.

ग्रामोन्नती मंडळाचे, कला वाणिज्य व विज्ञान महाविद्यालय

ऋणनिर्देश
कै. श्री. हरी नारायण सहस्रबुद्धे हे लंडन येथील यशस्वी व्यावसायिक होते. त्यांनी त्यांचे सुपुत्र कै. नारायण यांचे स्मरणार्थ ग्रामोन्नती मंडळाला १९९८-९९ या वर्षी रु.२० लक्ष इतकी भरघोस देणगी दिली, ज्यामधून ग्रामोन्नती मंडळाच्या शाखांमध्ये संगणक प्रयोगशाळा सुरु झाल्या. १९९८-९९ च्या काळात संगणक नवीन होते व संगणक प्रयोगशाळा महाविद्यालयात असणे ही काळाची गरज होती. त्यापैकी एक प्रयोगशाळा आपल्या महाविद्यालयात स्थापन झाली आणि हीच ती पहिली प्रयोगशाळा आहे ज्यामध्ये BBA-BCA चे विद्यार्थी शिक्षण घेत आले आहेत. संगणक शिक्षणाची मुहूर्तमेढ ज्यांच्यामुळे रोवली गेली त्या सहस्रबुद्धे कुटुंबाचे आम्ही ऋणी आहोत.
त्यानंतर इ.स. २०१२ मध्ये कै. नारायण यांची बहीण श्रीमती शांताबाई महाजन यांनी ग्रामोन्नती मंडळामध्ये एक ठेव ठेवली, ज्याचे व्याजामधून होतकरू विद्यार्थी विद्यार्थिनींना कै. नारायण हरी सहस्रबुद्धे यांचे जयंती निमित्त दर वर्षी शिष्यवृत्ती दिल्या जातात. त्यांच्या या उदार देणगीमुळे बीबीए/ बीसीए विभागातील विद्यार्थ्यांना अधिक यश मिळविण्यासाठी प्रेरणा मिळत आली आहे. आम्ही कै. शांता महाजन तसेच सहस्रबुद्धे कुटुंबीय यांचे सदैव ऋणी आहोत.
